What is the process to list your car?
-
There’s no shortage of automotive auction houses, online auctions, dealers, brokers and consignment services. While they are great for most speciality cars and exotics, they do not cater to award-winning, one-off hot rods and custom cars.
The same discriminating criteria that goes into selecting the cars and trucks we feature in Wheel Hub magazines are applied to the vehicles listed for sale in the Wheel Hub Marketplace.
If you are interested in listing your vehicle with us, please contact us so we can discuss the selection process in further detail.

Wheel Hub will create a custom website for your car. Think of this as the ultimate online resume for your car that documents its entire history and all its pertinent build details.
We will need you to provide build pictures, specifications, history, magazine articles, etc.
You will own the website and will transfer it to the new owner. We will work with you to find a suitable domain name, such as using any name associated with the car.
We use SquareSpace, allowing you and the new owner to utilize a template to easily maintain updates, add pictures, articles, and new information over the years.
SquareSpace has an annual subscription, roughly $200/year currently. The account will be moved to the new car owner.
The typical effort for creation of the website by Wheel Hub is roughly 5 working days.
In addition to serving as a great sales tool, the site will enhance the ownership experience of the car’s future owner.

We include a link directly to the full custom website for your car.

Contact form is posted, allowing potential buyers to communicate with you directly. The Wheel Hub website will send you an email with new leads and their contact information. If desired, Wheel Hub will serve as an intermediary between buyer and seller.
-
We will send an email to all Wheel Hub online subscribers when the ad is placed, describing the car and inviting them to look at the details of the ad as well as the new website for the car.
We will send an email to all car builders that have a relationship with Wheel Hub, as they may have interested clients
Posting across all Wheel Hub social media platforms, with potential updates over time.

$1,500 up front deposit to list on the Wheel Hub Marketplace.
Once sold, 7% of the sale price of the car, minus the $1,500 deposit, is paid to Wheel Hub.
If your car needs a photo shoot, we can schedule that at an additional cost depending on location. Usually $1,500 - $2,000.
If your car does not sell in a mutually agreed amount of time, you will receive the website that was created for the car in exchange for the initial $1,500 deposit.
Wheel Hub will handle all of the potential buyer questions as well as assisting in the paperwork process once sold.
